We will look at the functions for creating, cutting, and pasting directories on the Linux desktop.
👉🏻 대부분의 데스크탑의 기능은 윈도우와 유사합니다.
Most desktop functions are similar to those of Windows.
📁 디렉토리 만들기
Create a directory
✔️ 바탕화면에서 마우스 우측을 클릭하면 메뉴를 볼 수 있습니다.
You can view the menu by right-clicking on the desktop.
✔️ 메뉴에서 폴더만들기를 마우스 좌측 클릭합니다.
Left-click “Create Folder” in the menu.
✔️ 그러면 다음과 같은 창이 실행됩니다. 여기서 폴더 이름을 지정하시면 폴더를 생성 할 수 있습니다.
Then, the following window will appear. You can create a folder by specifying a folder name here.
📁 텍스트 파일 만들기
Create a text file
✔️ 디렉토리를 마우스 좌측으로 더블 클릭하시면 폴더내로 들어갈 수 있습니다.
Double-click a directory with the left mouse button to enter the folder.
✔️ 여기서 간단히 텍스트 파일을 만들어 봅니다.
Let’s create a simple text file here.
✔️ 폴더만들기처럼 마우스 오른쪽을 클릭하시면 메뉴가 열리가 이 메뉴에서 Plaintext.txt를 클릭하시면됩니다.

✔️ 그러면 아래 사진처럼 파일이 생성됩니다.
Then, a file is created as shown in the photo below.
📁 잘라내기, 붙여넣기 / Cut, Paste
✔️ 지금까지 만든 폴더(디렉토리)를 다른 폴더로 옮깁니다.
Move the folder (directory) you have created so far to another folder.
✔️ 디렉토리 위에서 마우스 우측 클릭하시면 메뉴가 나타납니다.
Right-click on the directory to display the menu.
✔️ 여기서 잘라내기를 선택합니다.
Select “Cut” here.
✔️ 이동할 디렉토리에서 마우스 오른쪽을 클릭합니다.
Right-click on the directory you want to navigate to.
✔️ 메뉴에서 붙여넣기를 선택합니다.
Select Paste from the menu.
✔️ 화면에서 보는 것처럼 폴더가 이동된 것을 볼 수 있습니다.
As you can see on the screen, the folder has been moved.
📁 패널과 데스크탑에 앱 추가
Add apps to the panel and desktop
✔️ 데스크탑 우측 상단에 패널에 앱을 등록하면 빠르게 실행할 수 있습니다.
You can quickly launch apps by adding them to the panel at the top right of the desktop.
✔️ 데스크탑 화면에 바로가기를 만들어서 앱을 빠르게 실행 할 수 있습니다.
You can create a shortcut on your desktop to launch the app quickly.
✔️ 좌측 상단의 메뉴를 열고 패널과 데스크탑에 등록할 앱 위에서 마우스 우측 클릭합니다.
Open the menu in the top-left corner and right-click on the app you want to add to the panel and desktop.
